From small startups to international organisations, we work with asset managers and asset owners across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, finding diverse hires to power a positive change for everyone.
A modern approach.
Increasingly, company culture is moving to the centre of the narrative of what makes businesses successful . This culture is determined by your human capital strategy and who you hire.
Our process is geared towards finding you the talent that other search providers might not reach.
We work alongside companies that have an inclusive culture, a passion for their work, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Whether you’re a team of ten or one hundred, an inspired start-up or an established brand — we work with firms we believe in.
We engage with our clients on an exclusive search basis, with no retainer fees. We are a new type of firm, that offers the thoroughness and detail of a full search, whilst recognising that we want to give back to our loyal client base by not charging up front.
Within asset management there is still not enough being done to solve the diversity issue. There is not enough diversity of gender, race, social backgrounds and cognition.
We differentiate ourselves by consulting with our clients and we are bold in the ideas that we bring. We advise and consult, often looking well beyond the parameters of the original brief, to find diverse talent.
We look outside of the asset management industry, asking ourselves ‘have we found the best person out there? Will this person outperform over the longer-term horizon?’
Long term partners.
Our job is never complete, and our service is constant. We engage as a consultant and advisor when you’re hiring. But we’ll be there to guide you during strategy and budgeting periods, too. We’ll keep you updated on the market, and because of our industry experience and insight, we’re often able to tell you about future sustainable investment trends before anyone else.
